What's the minimum capital required?
$50,000 in working capital is the floor. This needs to cover the program fee and give you runway to fund initial deals and marketing. If you're close to this threshold, the capital conversation (Fund & Grow) should happen before or at the same time as the Autopilot decision.
What's the difference between Light and Pro?
Autopilot Light ($45K) is designed for part-time investors who want consistent, manageable deal flow — 30,000 curated leads and 20,000 managed texts per month. Autopilot Pro ($75K) is for operators ready to build a serious 6-figure land business — 10–15K fresh leads monthly, cold calls fully managed, and a dedicated success manager.
Do I need prior land experience?
Some experience helps but isn't required if you're serious and capital-ready. Complete beginners with zero deals are generally better served starting in the Portal or with courses first. Jessica will assess this honestly on the call.
How quickly do leads start flowing?
Qualified leads typically start flowing within 10 days of install. Your first deal typically closes within 30–45 days after leads begin arriving. The performance guarantee is $50K in pipeline within 90 days.
What does "done for you" actually mean?
It means our team runs leads, comps, disposition, and transactions inside your LLC. You don't hire VAs. You don't manage data sources. You talk to motivated sellers, submit deals for underwriting, and approve deals that pencil.
What is the Flight Deck?
Flight Deck is the CRM platform the entire operation runs on. It's fully configured for your install — lead pipeline, follow-up sequences, comps tracking, deal status, and communications.
Can I run this from outside the US?
Yes. Several current Autopilot partners operate from Europe and other locations. The system is designed to run with 2–3 hours of focused daily work — geography doesn't matter as long as you can get on calls with US sellers.
